Contact us to discuss your vision, preferred date, and any special requests. We’ll guide you through our packages and answer any questions. Once you’re ready to book, a deposit is required to confirm your session. The best time to schedule is between 28-32 weeks for the most beautiful results.
The Photoshoot
Your session begins with a dress fitting and finalizing your shoot style to ensure every detail is perfect. Enjoy a private, sun-filled studio experience, where we will guide you through elegant poses to create timeless, magazine-worthy portraits that beautifully capture this special moment.
Planning Your Look
Now is the perfect time to start planning your session. Gather inspiration photos and poses to create your own unique style. Nude-colored underwear and a NuBra are recommended for a seamless look, while shoes are optional based on your preference. You can choose from our curated maternity wardrobe or bring your own outfits to personalize your session. We’ll also discuss makeup, hair, and styling to ensure you look and feel flawless for this special moment. Let’s create something truly beautiful together.
Image Selection & Editing
Within one week of your session, we will provide edited proofs for you to choose from. Once you’ve made your final selections, our team will professionally retouch your chosen images, ensuring a flawless finish. Your beautifully edited digital images will be delivered within four weeks via an exclusive online gallery, valid for 1 year, you can share with family and friends.

When is the best time to schedule my maternity session?
The ideal time for a maternity photoshoot is between 28-32 weeks of pregnancy. At this stage, your belly is beautifully round, but you still feel comfortable moving and posing. For twin pregnancies, we recommend scheduling a bit earlier, as the baby bump develops faster and mobility may become more challenging later in the pregnancy.
Where does the session take place?
Our maternity sessions take place in a private, sun-filled studio located at Richmond Hill.
How many backgrounds can I use?
For a one-hour session, we recommend up to three different looks to ensure enough time for each setup. In-studio sessions have no background restrictions within the booked time.
What is Retouching Service?
Retouching enhances and perfects images for a polished, professional look while keeping a natural appearance. It includes skin smoothing, tone correction, light and color enhancement, blemish removal, background refinements, fabric smoothing, and dramatic effects to add depth and artistry. The result? Timeless, beautifully refined images you'll cherish forever.
What happens if I need to reschedule?
We understand that pregnancy can be unpredictable! If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate a new date.
How far in advance should I book my maternity session?
We recommend booking at least 4-6 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date, especially for weekends booking.
Can my partner be included in the photoshoot?
Absolutely! We encourage partners to join the portrait session. However, adding children or parents for a family session will require an additional fee. Please note that we do not provide wardrobe for partners, so we recommend coordinating outfits in advance to match your style before the photoshoot.
When will I receive my final images?
Within one week after your session, you’ll receive a proof gallery to select your favorite images. After your selection, professionally retouched photos will be delivered via an exclusive online gallery within four weeks.
How do I get my images?
Both proofs and retouched photos are delivered digitally. Your images will be sent via a private online link, which will be valid for one year. You and your family can easily view and download the photos directly from the link at any time within this period.
